While we hope every order brings you joy, please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges under normal circumstances. An exchange will only be considered in cases where there is a genuine quality concern.
If you believe your product has a defect in terms of quality or craftsmanship, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Once your query is submitted, our Customer Care team will carefully review the matter and respond promptly.
After inspection, if the issue is validated, we may offer an exchange or issue store credit for future purchases.
Kindly note that customized orders or items purchased at a discount are not eligible for return, refund, or chargeback.
